Various types of foods have different impacts, and being mindful of such choices is paramount to keeping your health in check. However, what if you try and it still doesn’t work out? There are challenges and pitfalls that you must be aware of.
In this episode, Part 2, EJR goes through each strategy discussed in Part 1, and its relative challenge/pitfall with practical solutions you can apply easily for yourself. A dedicated section of this episode goes to budgeting while maintaining a high-quality food intake.
More money always help, but good quality food isn't necessarily expensive if you know where to spend your money. You'll see that eating clean will eventually make you saving up instead!
